Project inquiries

When you request a proposal, we collect the contact details, property address, project information and optional photographs you submit. We use those details to assess the project, check applicable city rules, respond to you and prepare a proposal.

Relevant information may be shared with the building crew and trade professionals involved in evaluating or delivering your project. Hosting and email providers process the submission to deliver it. Do not upload identification documents, payment details or other sensitive information that is unrelated to the project.

Website measurement

We use Google Analytics to understand page visits and website use. Analytics can use cookies and technical information about your browser and device. We do not send the information you type into the inquiry form, your property address or your photographs to analytics. Browser privacy controls can restrict cookies and tracking.

Retention and requests

We retain inquiry information as needed to respond to and manage the project, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. To ask about, correct or request deletion of information you submitted, use the project inquiry form and describe your request. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information.
