Request a Project Proposal

Tell us where the building would go and what it is for. We check your city's size, setback and plumbing rules for that address first, then come back with the questions or the next step for an itemized proposal.

What happens after you send it

1. We look up your address and the city's current rules for an accessory building of the size and use you described.
2. We reply by email with what the rules allow, any questions about the site, and the next step toward a proposal, such as a site visit to measure, check the panel and look at access.
3. After the visit, you receive an itemized proposal: foundation, shell, insulation, heating and cooling, power, data, interior, plumbing if any, and permits, each on its own line, with exclusions written down.

Before you send it
